This is an extremely rare New Gold western kamisori that shaves as good as it looks. The asymmetrical grind allows you to enjoy the best of a kamisori with the benefit of a set of western style scales. This extra hard steel is a joy to shave with. Close and smooth.

This razor will be finished on a high end Suehiro, Naniwa, Ozuku or Nakayama Japanese natural stone with a taped spine and then will be stropped with a fine Kanayama cordovan strop for the ultimate sharp and smooth shaving edge. This is a process that requires much time and skill. Every razor is sanitized with alcohol before being securely packed. Note that due to age, all vintage blades will have imperfections.
